HARC View Studies

I was contracted to provide visualizations for a project involving the historic New Sheridan Hotel in Telluride, CO. The scope of work was to show the proposed improvements from three separate vantage points.

Observation Deck

An interesting project for Adventure Partners at the Jackson Hole Ski Resort. An observation deck with interpretive signs will be constructed around a rock out cropping overlooking dramatic mountain scenery.

Existing Photo Treatments

I was contacted by a local real estate professional regarding an existing home for sale in the Telluride Mountain Village. The residence was well located but proving difficult to sell. Built in 1997 the home was considered too “dated’ in appearance.

HARC Impact Studies #3

Another project completed for the Telluride Historic Architecture Review Commission review and approval process.

Small House Rendering

This rendering was done for some folks who are building their first house on a rural property outside of Telluride, CO. They have a nice design and plan to break ground for construction soon.
